會(huì)計(jì)金融學(xué)院現(xiàn)有教職工63人。專任教師46人，其中博士3人，碩士41人，教授7人，副教授16人，專任教師學(xué)歷結(jié)構(gòu)與職稱結(jié)構(gòu)合理，多人持有注冊會(huì)計(jì)師、注冊稅務(wù)師、注冊資產(chǎn)評估師、會(huì)計(jì)師、審計(jì)師等專業(yè)資格證書，具備雙師素質(zhì)教師的比例達(dá)90%以上，全國金融教育教學(xué)指導(dǎo)委員會(huì)委員和全國財(cái)政教育教學(xué)指導(dǎo)委員會(huì)委員各1人，多位教師榮獲省級教學(xué)新秀、省級優(yōu)秀教師、省級師德先進(jìn)個(gè)人及省級青年教學(xué)能手等榮譽(yù)稱號(hào)。同時(shí)，還聘請20多名行業(yè)企業(yè)專家、技術(shù)骨干擔(dān)任兼職教師。學(xué)院現(xiàn)有在校生1960人，已為社會(huì)培養(yǎng)和輸送12000多名優(yōu)秀畢業(yè)生。
The department currently has 63 faculty members, including 46 full-time teachers. Among them, 3 are doctors, 41 are masters, 7 professors, and 16 associate professors. The structure of full-time teachers' academic qualifications and titles are reasonable. Many of them hold professional qualification certificates such as certified public accountants, certified tax agents, certified asset appraisers, accountants, and auditors. The proportion of teachers with dual qualifications is more than 90%.One teacher is the number of the National Financial Education Guidance Committee and one teacher is the member of the National Financial Policy Education Guidance Committee. A number of teachers have won the honorary titles of provincial new teachers, provincial excellent teachers, provincial advanced individual teachers' ethics and provincial young teaching experts. At the same time, more than 20 industry experts and technical backbones are employed as part-time teachers. The department has 1,960 students on campus, and has trained more than 12,000 outstanding graduates to the society.
