數(shù)字商貿(mào)學(xué)院是黑龍江職業(yè)學(xué)院12個(gè)二級(jí)學(xué)院之一，設(shè)有工商企業(yè)管理、市場營銷、現(xiàn)代物流管理、連鎖經(jīng)營與管理、電子商務(wù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)直播與運(yùn)營六個(gè)專業(yè)，其中現(xiàn)代物流管理專業(yè)是國家骨干院校重點(diǎn)建設(shè)專業(yè)、國際工程技術(shù)教育認(rèn)證專業(yè)，市場營銷、現(xiàn)代物流管理、連鎖經(jīng)營與管理專業(yè)在黑龍江省教育廳專業(yè)建設(shè)動(dòng)態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)平臺(tái)始終綜合排名第一。學(xué)院多個(gè)專業(yè)是“龍江”和“龍職”的品牌專業(yè)，辦學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富，累計(jì)為我省培養(yǎng)了3萬多經(jīng)濟(jì)管理人才，被譽(yù)為“龍江商貿(mào)經(jīng)理的搖籃”。近3年學(xué)生初次就業(yè)率達(dá)99.16%，用人單位對畢業(yè)生滿意率達(dá)95.06%，畢業(yè)生就業(yè)對口率94.98%。
Department of Business Administration, one of the 12 secondary schools of Heilongjiang Polytechnic, is equipped with industrial and commercial business management, marketing, modern logistics management, chain operation and management, e-commerce and webcast and operation specializations. The modern logistics management specialty is the national key construction major and IEET accreditation major.Majors including marketing, modern logistics management, chain operation and management have always ranked the first in the professional construction dynamic data platform of the Education Department of Heilongjiang Province. Many majors of the department are "Longjiang" and "Longzhou" brand majors, and it has trained more than 30,000 economic management talents for our province, and is known as "the cradle of Longjiang Business managers". In the past three years, the initial employment rate of students has reached 99.16%, the satisfaction rate of employers to graduates has reached 95.06%, and the matching rate of graduates' employment has reached 94.98%.
學(xué)院擁有多位知名度高、影響力大的專業(yè)帶頭人和一支梯次合理、高水平的教育教學(xué)隊(duì)伍。共有教師62名，其中教授6名，副教授30人，教育部商業(yè)行指委分委會(huì)專家5人，中國信息經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)會(huì)理事2人，中國連鎖經(jīng)營協(xié)會(huì)委員2人，“雙師”比例占92.1%，與行業(yè)聯(lián)系緊密。學(xué)院擁有黑龍江省課程思政團(tuán)隊(duì)2個(gè)、省級(jí)教學(xué)名師1人、校級(jí)教學(xué)名師4人、省優(yōu)秀教師1人、省師德先進(jìn)個(gè)人1人。教師參與獲得國家級(jí)教學(xué)成果二等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)，省級(jí)教學(xué)成果特等獎(jiǎng)2項(xiàng)，省級(jí)教學(xué)成果一等獎(jiǎng)3項(xiàng)。主持省級(jí)教學(xué)成果獎(jiǎng)二等獎(jiǎng)3項(xiàng)。近三年教師參加各類大賽獲得國家級(jí)榮譽(yù)6項(xiàng)，省級(jí)榮譽(yù)15項(xiàng)，校級(jí)榮譽(yù)2項(xiàng)，總計(jì)23項(xiàng)。建設(shè)了《商業(yè)文化》、《連鎖門店店長實(shí)務(wù)》等省級(jí)精品課，參與教育部市場營銷、電子商務(wù)、連鎖經(jīng)營與管理、工商企業(yè)管理等專業(yè)國家資源庫建設(shè)和專業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)研究與制定工作。
Department has a number of well-known and influential professional leaders and a reasonable echelon of high-level education and teaching team. There are 62 teachers in total, including 6 professors and 30 associate professors, 5 experts of the sub-committee of the Ministry of Education's Commercial Industry Index Committee, 2 directors of China Information Economy Society and 2 members of China Chain Management Association. The proportion of "double teachers" accounts for 92.1%, who are closely connected with the industry. The department has two Heilongjiang Province course ideological and political teams, one provincial famous teaching teacher, four university-level famous teaching teachers. Teachers have won 1 second prize of national teaching achievement, 2 special prizes of provincial teaching achievement and 3 first prizes of provincial teaching achievement,presiding over the provincial teaching achievement award 3 second prize. In the past three years, teachers have participated in various competitions and won 6 national honors, 15 provincial honors and 2 university-level honors, for a total of 23. It has built provincial excellent courses such as "Commercial Culture" and "Practice of Chain Store Manager", and participated in the construction of national resource database and the research and formulation of professional standards for marketing, e-commerce, chain operation and management, and industrial and commercial enterprise management of the Ministry of Education.
