食品藥品學(xué)院現(xiàn)有食品營養(yǎng)與健康、食品質(zhì)量與安全、食品智能加工技術(shù)、生物制藥技術(shù)、藥品經(jīng)營與管理、中藥制藥6個專業(yè)。 學(xué)院擁有一支綜合素質(zhì)較強、專業(yè)技能過硬的專兼職教師隊伍，現(xiàn)有教師49名。教授11人，副教授14人，高級工程師1人，高級實驗師2人。博士研究生2人，碩士研究生40人。國家行業(yè)名師2人，省級教學(xué)名師1人，學(xué)院“十大名師”1人，校級名師2人。在校學(xué)生1400余人。
There are 6 majors in the Department of Food and Medicine, including Food, Nutrition and Health, Food Quality and Safety, Intelligent Food Processing Technology, Biopharmaceutical Technology, Medicine management, and Traditional Chinese Medicine Pharmaceutical. The department has 49 strong comprehensive quality, professional skills full-time and part-time teachers. There are 11 professors, 14 associate professors, 1 senior engineer and 2 senior experimentalists. There are 2 teachers with doctoral degree and 40 with master degree. There are 2 national outstanding teachers, 1 provincial outstanding teachers, 1 "Top Ten Outstanding Teachers" of the college, and 2 university-level outstanding teachers. There are more than 1,400 students in the school.
學(xué)院建有教學(xué)設(shè)施完備的實訓(xùn)基地。擁有肉蛋制品加工實訓(xùn)室、乳品加工實訓(xùn)室、酸乳加工實訓(xùn)室等20個校內(nèi)實訓(xùn)基地；與國內(nèi)500強企業(yè)--伊利集團、雨潤集團、哈藥集團、修正藥業(yè)集團、萬通藥業(yè)集團等，以及百余家省內(nèi)外知名企業(yè)建立了較為穩(wěn)定的校外實訓(xùn)基地。2016年與國內(nèi)近二十家大中型食品藥品企業(yè)簽訂了訂單培養(yǎng)協(xié)議，在充分滿足學(xué)生實習(xí)實訓(xùn)和職業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)需求的基礎(chǔ)上，解決了學(xué)生就業(yè)的后顧之憂。
The college has a training base with complete teaching facilities. It has 20 on-campus training bases such as meat and egg product processing training room, dairy processing training room, sour milk processing training room and etc,. With top 500 domestic enterprises -- Yili Group, Yurun Group, Harbin Pharmaceutical Group, Revisionpharmaceutical Group, Vantong Pharmaceutical Group, as well as more than 100 well-known enterprises inside and outside the province establishes a relatively stable off-campus training bases. In 2016, the department signed order training agreements with nearly 20 large and medium-sized food and drug enterprises in China, which fully met the needs of students' internship training and vocational ability training, and meet the demand of students' employment.
